You should keep most of their main supply a good cichlid pellet. I really like Hikari Cichlid Gold Pellet, it is a good all around food cichlids, which contains everything they need to stay healthy. I just ordered another food pellets called Hikari Bio-Gold is supposed to be very good for South American cichlids. Flowerhorn cichlids are hybrids, but the species they are all from South and Central American cichlids, as long as you keep the diet the same as it would for any other SA and CA cichlids you should be fine.No food will get the biggest bump on the flowerhorn, this is a trait, the power of a specific food will do nothing for the bump that will not happen naturally.
