Oscar fish with hole in head ?

Elderly people with extreme levels of vitamin D have a significantly reduced risk of developing heart disease and diabetes, according to an encyclopedic review of previous studies.

Researchers at Warwick Medical School examined 28 studies involving unequivocal about 100,000 participants from different ethnic origins. They found that significant levels of vitamin D were associated with a 33 percent risk of developing cardiovascular bug compared to those with low blood levels of the nutrient.

Feed your oscar food flakes, in addition to other things you've been feeding him. Hole in the Head is usually caused by malnutrition. Feed him or her only feeder fish, shrimp, crickets and worms, is like feeding a kid junk food.
