NOOO ... you're pushing the limits of the basin ... Bettas can thrive in a bowl 2 gallons but then you should just have the betta here ... If it is not comfortable with the space around him, he could harm the white clouds.

Ok, I personally am too tired to be rude about this LOL. So I will point out the faults in this configuration:

1) One really needs betta 4 gallons, at least that is filtered

2) bettas need heated!

none. fish can not live in bowls, without heat, tropical fish, including bettas, slow down and Arent as assets because they are cold. Ammonia built very quickly with no filter, especially with goldfish that need 30g + tanks, not bowls.

I suggest goldfish, zebrafish or catfish tandanus and if you like they can go together. perhaps 2 Goldfish, 3 zebrafish and 1 wels tandanus.
